PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing material-mixed underground continuous wall which can be easily and inexpensively constructed, an inexpensive and high strength reinforcing material-mixed underground continuous wall, and a method of constructing these reinforcing material-mixed underground continuous walls. SOLUTION: The reinforcing material-mixed underground continuous wall comprises the geotextiles buried in the ground in the generally vertical direction. The reinforcing material-mixed underground continuous wall comprises a wall having a soil cement formed in the ground in the generally vertical direction and the geotextiles buried in the wall in the generally vertical direction. The reinforcing material-mixed underground continuous wall comprises a wall having a soil cement formed in the ground in the generally vertical direction, a plurality of steel members buried in the wall at predetermined intervals in the generally vertical direction, and the geotextiles buried in the wall in the vertical direction.
