PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equalization control circuit with reduced consumption current wherein stability is ensured even in long storage and the voltage of a capacitor module does not largely vary and a capacitor module equipped with this equalization control circuit. SOLUTION: The equalization control circuit equalizes the cell voltages of a power storage device including at least multiple capacitor cells. Of the capacitor cells, a capacitor cell whose voltage is lower than the cell voltages of the other capacitor cells by a predetermined ratio is charged with electric charges stored in the other capacitor cells.
