A radio transmitter (17) transmits the intermitted output signal corresponding to the input of the intermitted sensor signal to a receiver (18). Thus, even if the radio transmitter (17) transmits an output signal of, e.g., only one pulse according to the signal input, the state in which the radio transmitter (17) transmits the intermitted output signal to the receiver (18) can be maintained to allow the receiver (18) side to reliably recognize the fact that the abnormal state is continued.
