PURPOSE: A connector for connecting electronic distribution lines of an apartment is provided to facilitate the maintenance and repair of a connector short-circuit member by removing foreign materials participated in a power cutoff member case. CONSTITUTION: A connector power cutoff member(300) comprises a power cutoff member case(310), a guide(320) and a buoyancy member(330). A foreign substance remover(600) includes a screw(610), a vertical bar(620), a foreign substance mover(630) and a drive motor(640). One portion of a remover(632) is fixed to the lower portion of a mover(631), and the remover pushes the foreign substance of a floor plane of the case body toward an inhale hole(311b) according to the movement of the mover.
