<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing carbon dioxide gas in the air with which a culture is performed even using a high-concentration carbon dioxide gas, a culture solution in which carbon dioxide gas is dissolved is approximately uniformly introduced into a culture tank and dissolved carbon dioxide gas concentration in the culture tank is simply controlled and a system therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The system for fixing a carbon dioxide gas includes a carbon dioxide gas source for supplying at least a carbon dioxide gas, a culture system containing at least a culture solution for culturing a chloroplast-containing protozoan or native vegetation, a system for preparing a culture solution of dissolved carbon dioxide gas from a gas containing at least a carbon dioxide gas supplied from the carbon dioxide gas source and the culture solution, at least one carbon dioxide gas liquid-communicating tube for communicating the carbon dioxide gas source to the system for preparing the culture solution of dissolved carbon dioxide gas, and at least two culture solution communicating tubes for liquid-communicating the culture system to the system for preparing the culture solution of dissolved carbon dioxide gas.
