PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of grain syrup using pear extract is provided to improve preference of the grain syrup making a soft taste of the grain syrup by extracting peer which is beneficial to health of a body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of grain syrup using pear extract includes the following steps: heating rice with water; mixing the heated rice with malt liquid; acquiring saccharified liquid by filtering saccharified rice and the malt liquid; and heating and concentrating the saccharified liquid and peer extract. The peer extract is acquired by compressing washed peer in a double boiler for 2 ~ 4 hours. In a concentration, the peer extract is mixed with fermented Platycodon grandiflorum extract.
