PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removal device of a rolling screen, preventing the screen from being damaged and contaminated by stably removing foreign matters from the screen irrespective of the change in the roll diameter of the screen. SOLUTION: In this rolling screen, a winding shaft 4 is rotatably supported between a pair of side brackets 3, the screen 5 is suspended from the winding shaft 4, and the screen 5 is lifted up and down by rotating the winding shaft 4. When the screen 5 is operated to raise, contact parts 8a, 8b which are brought into contact with the entire width of both front and rear surfaces of the screen 5 so as not to be rotated, are supported between the side brackets 3.
