PURPOSE: A dry processing apparatus of a radioactive concrete waste is provided to prevent a secondary pollution due to a grinding byproduct of the radioactive concrete waste by preventing the scattering of the grinding byproduct. CONSTITUTION: A radioactive concrete waste is loaded on a support plate of a grinding byproduct collecting box. A grinding byproduct tray accepts the grinding byproduct passing through the support plate of the grinding byproduct collecting box. A device fixing plate(20) is vertically installed on the upper side of the grinding byproduct collecting box. A scatter preventing cover(30) covers the upper side of the grinding byproduct collecting box. A grinding roll(60) is rotatably mounted on a shock absorber of a grinding operation rod(50). A dust collector(91) is connected to the scatter preventing cover to collect the grinding byproduct.
