PURPOSE: A clean water apparatus, a valve assembly and a filter assembly are provided to supply water even in case the filter assembly is not installed, which are equipped with flowing structure, and to easily attach and detach the valve assembly and the filter assembly. CONSTITUTION: A clean water apparatus comprises the following: an inlet part; an outlet part; a valve assembly(20) in which a flow path is formed inside; a filter assembly(70) which is equipped attachably and detachably in the valve assembly, and in which a filter inlet part and a filter outlet part are formed. The inlet part and the filter inlet part are connected. The inlet part is communicated with the outlet part. The valve assembly includes a valve body in which the inlet part and the outlet part are formed, in which a bore part is formed, and a valve core which is equipped to be able to move in the bore part. According to movement of a valve core, the flow path of the valve assembly is separated.
