PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a maintenance person to easily perform maintenance work while confirming the displayed content of a customer-operated display screen. SOLUTION: In an automatic ticketing device which uses a customer-operated display screen 2 operated by a customer also as a display screen for maintenance, the customer-operated display screen 2 is provided to be linearly movable so that its display surface maintains the same direction. Also, the customer-operated display screen has a maintenance space 15 opened therein that allows access into the device by moving. Further, a lower operating unit 4 that is movable in a direction different from the direction of movement of the customer-operated display screen 2 is provided.
