FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to processing of wastes and production of hydrocarbons from domestic and industrial organic wastes by means of pyrolysis, and may be used to recycle domestic, agricultural and industrial wastes of organic origin with production of biogas, liquid oil products, solid fuel components in process of wastes processing. Method for processing of domestic and industrial organic wastes includes performance of the first low temperature stage of pyrolysis in the first part of reactor and the second high temperature stage of pyrolysis in the second part of reactor, separation of pyrolysis products into fractions and processing of each fraction to produce useful products. At the second high temperature of pyrolysis products of pyrolysis are exposed to periodical electromagnet effect in the second part of reactor by electric discharge with the frequency from 3 to 500 Hz, with application of discharge devices group.
