摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency arranging method, a control station apparatus, a transmitting station apparatus, a receiving station apparatus and a communication system, capable of ensuring the communication quality, in a plurality of systems, and effectively utilizing the frequencies. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When at least three communication systems using spectra, including a plurality of subcarriers simultaneously perform communication, spectral arrangement in a control station for determining the spectra arrangement can be performed. A base station apparatus 110 transmits multi-carrier signals by using an allocated spectrum. A terminal station apparatus 120 recognizes a superimposed band with other systems, beforehand. The terminal station apparatus 120 applies an interference suppressing technology to the superimposed band, performs error correction decoding and receives the multi-carrier signals addressed to the present station. The spectra are arranged, such that the superposition rate which is the ratio of information amount which is to be transmitted practically in the band width of the spectrum and information amount to be practically transmitted in a superimposed band width superimposed with other spectrums is fixed in the respective communication systems.
