PURPOSE: A manufacturing line of an electrophoretic display device and a method of manufacturing an electrophoretic display device are provided to attach an FPL film and a protection film by a mother board, thereby automatizing all manufacturing lines. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor array line forms a thin film transistor on a mother board in which a plurality of panel areas are formed. An electronic ink film is attached after forming a common electrode on a transparent sheet so that an electronic ink line forms an FPL(Front Plane Laminate) film. An attaching line(162) attaches the FPL film to panel areas formed on the mother board. A protection film attachment line(164) attaches a protection film to the panel areas.
