<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser capable of preventing unnecessary use of washing water and reducing maintenance cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the dispenser, a washing water discharge port 7 provided in a drain pan 6 and an external channel system 2 are interconnected by a washing water supply passage 60. The washing water supply passage 60 includes a washing water supply valve 60a for controlling whether or not the washing water is supplied to the drain pan 6. The drain pan 6 includes a fluid sensor for detecting that fluid is made to flow in the drain pan 6. When it is detected by the fluid sensor that juice is made to flow in the drain pan 6, a washing control part of a control means 70 opens the washing water supply valve 60a to perform washing operation.
