摘要 <p>One pixel region includes a first pixel electrode (17a) connected to a first transistor (12a), a second pixel electrode (17b) connected to a second transistor (12b), a coupling electrode (67y), and a first and a second capacitance electrode (67x, 67z) formed in the same layer as a data signal line (15).  A second pixel electrode (17b) and a coupling electrode (67y) form a capacitance.  The coupling electrode (67y) is connected via a third transistor (112) to the first pixel electrode (17a).  The first capacitance electrode (67x) is overlapped with a holding capacitance wire (18) via a gate insulation film and connected to the first pixel electrode (17a).  The second capacitance electrode (67z) is overlapped with the holding capacitance wire (18) via the gate insulation film and connected to the second pixel electrode (17b).  This configuration increases the pixel aperture of the 3-transistor capacitance coupling type active matrix substrate.</p>
