PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection pump capable of enhancing sealing performance and maintainability, by including a sealing member between a barrel and plunger with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A fuel injection pump 1 includes a barrel 12 constituting a pressurization chamber 18 for pressurizing fuel, a plunger 13 internally equipped in the barrel 12 in slidable manner, for pressurizing fuel, a plunger spring 14 for biasing the plunger 13, and a plunger spring receiver 15 for latching the plunger spring 14. The plunger spring receiver 15 is formed in substantially cylindrical shape, through which the plunger 13 is inserted, as well as is internally equipped with a plurality of sealing members 16 for sealing between the plunger 13 and itself, and is biased against the barrel 12 end face by the plunger spring 14.
