PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a paper panel door and a fixture, which can improve work efficiency in the attachment and removal work of the paper panel door. SOLUTION: In the attachment structure, wherein a glass window 20 is attached to an opening frame structure 10 by engaging a bottom rail member 22 for constituting the glass window 20 with a lower frame member 12 for constituting the opening frame structure 10 with an engagement means, the engagement means includes an engagement groove 17 formed in the lower frame member 12 and an engagement clasp 30 which is formed in the bottom rail member 22 and goes into the engagement groove 17, and the engagement clasp 30 includes: the first regulation part 351 which abuts on an outdoor side vertical wall 174 for constituting the engagement groove 17 so as to regulate the movement of the glass window 20 along the estimated direction of the lower frame member 12 toward the outdoor side; and the second regulation part 352 which regulates the rotation of the glass window 20 around a contact portion as a rotation axis L between the first regulation part 351 and the outdoor side vertical wall 174 when the engagement clasp 30 itself abuts on an upper wall 173 for constituting the engagement groove 17.
