PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain user information on same users who are registered with not only a provider to which authentication and/or use are (is) permitted but also other providers, and/or groups to which the users belong. SOLUTION: This merge information providing device has a merged user-information providing means 13 which has a plurality of user information providing means for providing user related information as a low-order user information providing means 14. The information on the users is obtained by the user information providing means 14, and the user information on the users thus obtained is merged and provided to solve the above problem.
