PURPOSE: A component supplying device is provided to reduce the waiting time of parts in a drawing-out device by simultaneously executing the tension detection and adjustment of a cover tape. CONSTITUTION: A drawing-out device(2) draws a carrier tape out. A peeling part peels a cover tape from a tape body. A drawing-in device(4) draws the cover tape exfoliating from the tape body in. A tension applying part applies the tension to the cover tape. A tension detecting part detects the tension actuating on the cover tape. A control part controls the driving source of the drawing-in device.
