<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device which reduces deviation of phase compensation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The receiving device performs phase compensation by using a pilot signal for frequency signalling while converting a received signal into signalling frequency by Fast Fourier Transform for every receiving antennas 1-1 and 1-2. The receiving device includes: an antenna selecting part 7 for selecting the receiving antenna used for calculation of a phase rotation amount based on the receiving quality of a pilot signal searched for respective receiving antennas 1-1 and 1-2; and a phase rotation estimating part 8 for estimating phase rotation amount based on a pilot signal included in a received signal of the selected receiving antenna.
