<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure fairness of a game when executing a reservation prediction in a game machine which preferentially varies one of two symbols. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game machine prioritizes variable display of a second symbol, executes a preliminary determination for determining whether or not first symbol variation information is first symbol specific variation information prior to the first symbol variation start time determination, and executes the reservation prediction for suggesting that the first variation information is the first symbol specific variation information, when the first symbol variation information and second symbol variation information are stored. When the reservation prediction is not executed and a big winning game is not started due to the second symbol variation information when it is preliminarily determined that the first symbol variation information is the specific variation information, the reservation prediction is started.
