FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and pharmacology, more specifically, drug preparation. There is offered a slow-release matrix composition containing donepezil hydrochloride and/or memantine hydrochloride; an intestine-soluble polymer at least the one chosen from the group consisting of a methacrylic acid copolymer - ethyl acrylate, a methacrylic acid copolymer - methyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose succinate acetate; and a water-insoluble polymer at least the one chosen from the group consisting from ethylcellulose, an aminoalkylmethacrylate RS copolymer and an ethyl acrylate - methyl acrylate copolymer. There is also offered a method for making said composition, including the stage of mixing donepezil hydrochloride and/or memantine hydrochloride, said intestine-soluble polymer and water-insoluble polymer; and the stage of compression moulding of the mixture prepared at the stage of mixing. ^ EFFECT: implementation of said composition and method provides slow release of the active substance in an organism. ^ 11 cl, 13 tbl, 51 ex, 9 dwg |
