PURPOSE: A method for producing extract fraction with enhanced ginsenoside Rg1 from ginseng is provided to produce saponin extract fraction of ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing extract fraction with enhanced ginsenoside Rg1 comprises: a step of adsorbing diluted extract liquid on a resin; a step of passing distilled water through the resin to elute unadsorbed ingredients; and a step of adding 30-40 v/v% of spirit to the resin to obtain eluted material; or a step of adding 50-80 v/v% of spirit to the resin to obtain eluted material.
