<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect contact between an object, which suppresses damage and separation of a conductive layer formed in order to eliminate static electricity generated in a light emitting device, and a display. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device D includes a first substrate 10 and second substrate 30 facing to each other, a light emitting element U arranged on an opposite surface of the first substrate 10 to the second substrate 30, insulation layers (F1, F2) arranged between the first substrate 10 and second substrate 30 and covering the light emitting element U1, and conductive layers (22, 26, 28) arranged between the first substrate 10 and second substrate 30 and covering at least a part of the insulation layers (F1, F2).
