<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach optical components highly accurately by a simple work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lens 112, a spacer ring 113, and a coupling 114 to which an optical fiber is connected are inserted and fixed into front and rear holes 11121 of upper and lower projections 1112. Each mirror cylinder 115 is inserted respectively into right and left holes 11123 of the upper and lower projections 1112, and a mirror surface 1151 is positioned in a mirror arrangement chamber formed by crossing between the front and rear holes 11121 and upper and lower holes 11122. Then, a rotation angle of the mirror surface 1151 is adjusted by operating a groove part 1152 of the mirror cylinder 115, and thereby light is relayed by being reflected between a lens 112 arranged in the front and rear holes 11121 and the upper and lower holes 11122 having an opening opened between the upper and lower projections 1113.
