PURPOSE: A pillar protection tube is provided to improve the insulation of a street lamp and to keep the outer sheath even in case of water expansion. CONSTITUTION: A pillar protection tube comprises a binding band(100), a female protrusion(302), a male protrusion(301), a finishing outer sheath(300), and a fastener(400). The binding band with bent ends(110,120) and lock protrusions(112,122) is assembled to surround a pillar(10). The female and protrusions are formed on the outside of outer sheaths(P) to connect the outer sheaths. The finishing outer sheath with a coupling groove is connected to the bent end portion of the binding band. The fastener with a downward lock groove is tightly coupled with the coupling groove.
