PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing member store cards connected with a single stock account and a recording medium therefor are provided to record card information in a memory of an IC chip, thereby issuing a predetermined member store card. CONSTITUTION: A member store terminal inputs member store card issuing application information. The inputted member store card issuing application information is transmitted to a member store card issuing server(100) through a communication network. An information receiving unit(115) receives the member store card issuing application information.
