PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of a low spring constant and a high loss factor at the same time, while maintaining a high static spring constant so as to manufacture a strut mount easily. SOLUTION: An engagement section 46 is formed integrally with a low density section 44. The engagement section 46 is inserted in an engagement hole 36 so as to fill the engagement hole 36 of an inside mounting member 30, and connects the low density section 44 laminated on one side of the inside mounting member 30 and the low density section 44 laminated on the other surface.
