The present invention relates to a nanopattern for stem cell proliferation and a method for increasing the proliferation of stem cells using same, and more specifically to a technique wherein a fine pattern that has a well-controlled repeat structure of nanometer scale is systematically manufactured and cellular reactions of the stem cells are regulated depending upon the form, size, etc., of the pattern, and in particular, the proliferation capability is expanded. To this end, the present invention relates to a nanopattern for stem cell proliferation, wherein a nanoscale pattern is prepared by a technique for anodic oxidation of aluminum, and a nanopattern of a hexagonal dense structure is transcribed therefrom by an implant technique, and the diameter of said pattern structure ranges from 45-90 nm. The interval of said nanopattern should preferably range from about 100-120 nm. Stem cells proliferate well within said range. |
