PURPOSE: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device having the display substrate are provided to simplify a manufacturing process of the display substrate by forming a sound device with pixels. CONSTITUTION: A sound device(S_PD) is installed on a first substrate(100) corresponding to an acoustic process area(S_PA). A thin film transistor(TR) and a pixel electrode(PE) are installed on the first substrate corresponding to a display area(DA). The sound device comprises a bottom electrode(211), a first electrode(215), and a second electrode(210). The first electrode includes a first sub electrode(216) and a second sub electrode(217).
