DRYING SYSTEM OF DISK AND DRYING TREATMENT PROCESSES USING THE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A disc dryer and a drying process using thereof are provided to remarkably improve drying efficiency using a sludge mixer, and to easily control recirculation amount of sludge. CONSTITUTION: A disc dryer includes a shaft(3) and a heating medium circulating in the inside of a disc(4) to indirectly heat and dry dehydrated sludge with high contents of water for discharging into dried sludge with low contents of water. The disc dryer connected to a hopper(2a) of a drier(2) comprises the following: a sludge mixer(5) mixing the dried sludge and the dehydrated sludge; a side discharging outlet(9) overflowing the sludge in case the sludge in the drier is over the fixed amount; a first circulating conveyor(15) transferring the dried sludge discharged from a bottom outlet(8); an opening/closing plate(13) opening and closing the side discharging outlet; and a second first circulating conveyor(16) installed in between the first circulating conveyor and the sludge mixer.
