<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of efficiently managing original data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: a first image processing apparatus; and a second image processing apparatus. The first image processing apparatus includes: a first image data storing means for storing the image data obtained after the first image processing; a second image processing means for performing second image processing to the image data; a generating means for generating additional information for expressing a process condition of the image data executable in the second image processing apparatus according to the input by user; and a transmitting means for transmitting the image data and the additional information to the second image processing apparatus. The second image processing apparatus includes: a second image data storing means for storing the received image data and additional information; and a third image processing means for performing second image processing to the image data in accordance with the processing condition expressed by the additional information stored in the second image data storing means.
