PURPOSE: A panel cleaning apparatus and method using rotation suction are provided to install a cleaning device capable of cleaning both sides of a panel within the minimum space and performing transfer, cleaning, and discharging of panels at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A panel cleaning apparatus using rotation suction comprises a panel transfer unit(200), rotation suction units(510,520), and cleaning units(610,620). Suction faces(525) of the rotation suction units are installed on a rotary shaft in parallel and rotate around the rotary shaft. A panel transported by the panel transfer unit is sucked to the suction faces at a selected position. The cleaning unit cleans the panel sucked by the rotation suction units.
