PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine superior in practicality capable of immediately confirming a defective product such as a product insufficient in the filling of a material, a product having the so-called whiskers, etc. at a low cost by an extremely simple constitution and capable of obtaining a pulp injection-molded product of extremely high quality. SOLUTION: In the injection molding machine for molding a material based on pulp and starch in an injection mold 1, a gate 3 for introducing the material into the cavity 2 of the injection mold 1 is provided to the injection mold 1 and a sensor body 4 is provided to the injection mold 1 so that the sensor part of the sensor body 4 is exposed to the inside of the cavity 2 of the injection mold 1.
