<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely confirm that a wheel section is transferred into a traveling state in transporting a cart for improving safety during the transportation of the cart. <P>SOLUTION: The safe transporting system comprises the cart 3 having collapsible wheel sections 1 and 2, a container tank 5 for storing the cart 3 with the wheel sections 1 and 2 collapsed, and a supporting device 7 for supporting the cart 3 during the transportation thereof, the system being characterized in that the supporting device 7 includes a movement preventing means for preventing the cart 3 from moving toward the transporting direction. It is also characterized in that the movement preventing means includes a second engaging member 12 that engages with first engaging members 10 and 11 provided on the cart 3 to prevent the cart 3 from moving toward the transporting direction.
