PURPOSE: A lure is provided, which prevents corrosion by the moisture or the salinity penetration and achieves perfect waterproof function. CONSTITUTION: A lure comprises an RFID chip(12), a MICOM(14), a speaker(S), a lamp(L), batteries(B1,B2), a lure body(10), and a read/write unit(20). The MICOM stores the received information and outputs it into the voice or light signal. The speaker outputs the voice signal delivered from the MICOM. The lamp outputs the light signal delivered from the MICOM. The battery supplies the power source to the apparatus. The read/write unit transmits a message data to RFID chip.
