<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero cross detection circuit dispensing with an excess power consumption in order to detect the point of time when a voltage of an AC power source crosses 0V, and an image forming device including the zero cross detection circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device 150 includes a main CPU 300 for realizing a general function as an image forming device; a main power source 318 connected to a breaker 330, for supplying power during a normal mode; a sub-power source 316 connected to the breaker 330, for supplying power during a power saving mode; a power source control part 314 for controlling supply of the power from the main power source 318 in response to a reset command from the power saving mode into the normal mode; and the zero cross detection circuit 342 connected to the breaker 330, for outputting a zero cross timing when the voltage of the AC power source 334 crosses 0V as a zero cross detection signal to both the power source control part 314 and the main CPU 300 through a bus 336. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
