PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in productivity, impact resistance, and gloss. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (C) and a graft polymer (B) graft polymerized with at least a monomer selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylic ester monomer, an unsaturated nitrile monomer and a monomer capable of copolymerizing with them, to an enlarged diene rubber latex having a number average particle diameter of 0.15-0.5μm and obtained by agglomerating and made large by mainly Brownian agglomeration of a diene polymer rubber latex obtained by emulsion polymerization.
