<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff which is easily worn and does not restrict a circumferential length of an upper arm to which the cuff is applied. <P>SOLUTION: The cuff 20 includes a cuff body portion 30 having a ring shape and a grip portion 40 provided on an outer circumferential surface of the cuff body portion 30. The cuff body portion 30 includes an air bag, a fastening strip 31 wound around outside the air bag, and a winding length adjustment mechanism 50 for variably adjusting the winding length of the fastening strip 31. The winding length adjustment mechanism 50 has an urging spring for pulling the fastening strip 31 in such a direction that the winding length of the fastening strip 31 becomes short and urging it, first limiting means for limiting increased winding length, and second limiting means for limiting reduced winding length.
