PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect data changes in a Web system, in a wrapper. SOLUTION: Every time the wrapper 100 receives Web data from an existing Web system 130, the received Web data is stored in a web page storing part 103. At a request from a client device 120, a definition-executing engine 101 receives Web data which is responsive to the request of the client device 120 from the existing Web system 130, and a change-detecting part 104 compares the received Web data with the stored Web data in a predetermined data part; if the two Web data agree in the data part, the definition-executing engine 101 generates a response from the received Web data and sends the response to the client device 120; but if the two Web data do not match, a change-notifying part 107 notifies the disagreement to a system administrator.
