<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic energy converting device contributable to reduction in environmental pollution increasing together with economical development being the problem carried by present society without making a toxic substance, basically different from a conventional device for providing power for power generation, to be used for a power source by changing magnetic force of a permanent magnet to rotary motion, and contributable to reduction in environmental disruption, by using the power by reducing influence of gravity, regardless of a specific place and the atmosphere in this device, though there is a limit to an installation place and the duration of sunshine in natural energy at present. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Force, that is, kinetic energy is provided by moving a surface of alternately arranging a magnetic pole at a specific interval by using a gear having a high friction coefficient when a rotary magnet itself for replacing the magnetic pole by rotation becomes a moving body. Magnetic force can be adjusted by adjusting an interval between the rotary magnet and a fixed side magnet or a magnetic force transmission object of the power source.
