PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring and training speed is provided to intensively exercise a specific body portion of a subject person following the purpose of exercise. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring and training speed comprises: a main controller(100), and plural light emitting members(200) which is able to wirelessly communicate the main controller and turn on or off according to control of the main controller. The light emitting member comprises plural lamps mounted at the front side and a material sensor which is able to sense material accessing to the front side. The lamp is turned on for a certain time. The lamp is turn off when a material is sensed within lightning time.
