<p>The method involves providing a metal ring (1) comprising a circulating frame groove (10) with a stone hub and groove flanks. A set of ornamental stones (2) of same breadth dimension is selected, and the stones are inserted deep into the frame groove, such that the stones touch the groove flanks. Upper-sided groove edges and the groove flanks are deformed with a depth effect over an edge of the stones for clamping the stones against the stone hub. The groove flanks are expanded till to the groove edges, and surfaces of the ring are flattened. An independent claim is also included for a watch bezel comprising a metal ring and ornamental stones.</p> |
