A METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING TRANSMIT DIVERSITY AT A WIRELESS MOBILE COMMUNICATIO SYSTEM ADOPTING SC-FDMA SCHEME

PURPOSE: A method for embodying the TX diversity in the wireless mobile communication system using SC-FDMA and MIMO mode are provided to use the frequency selectivity or space diversity in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A series of second modulation symbols computes the first modulation symbol sequence using the DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform). A series of third modulation symbols about each transmission antenna are independently pre-coded for the series of second modulation symbols about each transmission antenna. The signal generated by the series of third modulation symbols as described above is computed IFFT and transmitted through the transmission antenna corresponding to signal. The pre-coding vector used for pre-coding is changed at the SC-FDMA(Single Carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access) symbol.
