PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel forming die capable of reliably and easily taking out a completed panel right above without being interfered by a work cap. SOLUTION: A workpiece W placed on a work cap 6 on a holder 3 side is formed in a panel P of a predetermined shape by the enter-forming part 51 of a rotary cam 5 and the enter-forming part 71 of a slide cam 70. After the forming, the rotary cam 5 is turned backwardly to draw the enter-forming part 51 out of the panel P. The work cap 6 and the rotary cam 5 are lowered via an elevating/lowering mechanism 2 in the direction in which the work cap 6 and the rotary cam 5 remaining in the formed panel P are not interfered by the inner shape of the panel P.
