PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use a composite machine comfortably in various use environments of his or her work site by more properly performing start processing and stop processing of a plurality of applications. SOLUTION: Such a control is performed that applications having possibility of being used when next login, of applications being in a stop state when logging out are determined and start processing of the determined applications is performed.
