The device (11) has a pressure balance opening (13) guiding into a surrounding area. A container (17) is designed as a condenser for evaporated water that is conveyed via a line (10). A cooling tube loop (15), cooling ribs (16) and a filler are provided for heat dissipation. The cooling ribs are arranged at the outer side of the container. The cooling tube loop is flowable by a cooling agent and is attached in the inner side of the container. The surrounding area is filled with a porous material i.e. stainless steel wool, of high heat conductivity.
