<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band attaching structure of a wrist watch case which can prevent an attaching hole from being damaged even if a wrist watch case is formed of a flexible material, can surely fix a watch band, and also can prevent a cylindrical component from missing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wrist watch case 1 is formed of the flexible material, and an attaching hole 3b is provided in the band attaching portion 3 of the wrist watch case 1. A metallic reinforcing tube 5, into which an end of a spring bar is inserted, is attached by being press-fitted into the attaching hole 3b, and a projection 5a as a safety lock is provided in the reinforcing tube 5. Accordingly, the end of the spring bar can be surely and tightly fixed to the attaching hole 3b of the band attaching portion 3 by means of the metallic reinforcing tube 5. Thus, damage to the attaching hole 3b can be prevented even if the wrist watch case 1 is formed of the flexible material. Further, the projection 5a as a safety lock prevents the reinforcing tube 5 from coming off from the attaching hole 3b, and also prevents the reinforcing tube 5 from missing.
