LIGHT DISTRIBUTION CONTROL PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE MOUNTED ON MOBILE OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light distribution control panel which can suppress reflection on a glass surface of a mobile object in the case that the light distribution control panel is applied to a display device mounted to the mobile object, and the display device mounted to the mobile object for which the light distribution control panel is used.

SOLUTION: The light distribution control panel 1 is provided with a base body 7 of a plate-like or sheet-like substrate comprised of a light transmissive material wherein the base body 7 has a plurality of convex portions 2 that are formed at a side reverse to the side of a backlight 11 of the base body 7and used for the control of light distribution. The plurality of convex portions 2 are arranged to extend in parallel with one another. The light distribution control panel 1 is further provided with a light transmissive reflection suppressing unit (the front surface of the one side surface 6 having the degree of roughness higher than that of the front surface of the other side surface 5) that suppresses light incident from the front surface of the light source side of the base body 7 to project from at least a part (the one side surface 6) of the front surface of the convex portions 2.
