摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base sequence automatic detector capable of improving in-plane uniformity in a cell and provide a base sequence automatic analyzer capable of automatically performing reaction, liquid feeding, and measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The base sequence automatic detector is provided with a base sequence detection chip 21 provided with a plurality of electrodes 21a in which DNA probes are fixed for determining a cell bottom surface; a sealant 24 provided in such a way as to surround the plurality of electrodes 21a from the bottom surface of the sealant 24 to be in contact with the chip 21 to the upper surface of the sealant 24 by the inner circumference of the sealant for determining cell side surfaces; a chip cartridge upper lid 112 to be in contact with the upper surface of the sealant 24 for blocking the upper surface of the sealant 24 and determining an cell upper surface; a sending-in port 116a open at the cell upper surface for sending chemicals or air into a cell 115; a sending-out port 116b open at the cell upper surface for sending chemicals or air out of the cell; and a sample injection opening 119 provided for the chip cartridge upper lid 112 for injecting a sample into the cell.
